But the funny part about this whole thing is gas prices are actually down due to the economic crisis we're facing at the moment.. But that's a completely different topic.

Carter III: The Rebirth??

I guess the original installment of Tha Carter III wasn't good enough for "Mr. Young Muuuula bayyby!" so he's decided to re-release the platinum plus album. The catch is Wayne won't be re-releasing a re-vamped version of the original Carter III, rather, this time around its going to be brand new music, primarily featuring songs that didn't make the cut the first time around.

He feels like the rebirth of C3 won't have the same impact the original album did so he doesn't want to go ahead and call it Tha Carter IV. This makes no sense to me because if you're at the top of your game, like Weezy is at the moment, why would you release music that won't be as acclaimed as your last project?? Everybody loved C3, and in your eyes, they will probably love C4, so why would you not want some to like C3.5?? Maybe I'm just thinking about this too much, maybe not. All I know is that I'll be pissed if the Rebirth doesn't offer something new, creativly, from the Birdman Jr.

Scheduled to premiere October 25th at 10:00pm, this new show will feature D.L. giving us his insight, from a comedic point of view, to issues pertaining to politics, sports, entertainment, and pop culture.

Cambodian Couple Saw House in HALF!

This has got to be the craizest divorce settlement I've ever seen in my life. To make a long story short, a Cambodian couple going thru a bitter divorce could not agree on who would get the rights to the house they shared after being married 18 years so they agreed to saw it in half. The husband agreed on the divorce after his ex-wife suggested it; she claimed he was jealous of a relationship she had with a policeman in the village was nothing more than a "friend". I don't know about you guys but if I was in that situation, I'd definetly make sure I get the half that's still standing! [Sorry Jones!]

All it took was roughly 35 days for "Mr. Rain Man" to get himself in trouble again.. but as crazy as this might sound, Adam "Pacman" Jones' latest incident had nothing to do with a strip club, but rather the security that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has assigned to be with him 24:7.

I'm sorry Pacman, but will you ever learn?? I mean c'mon, there's more eyes on you in Dallas than there are on the top dogs over at AIG (scroll down a couple posts), not to mention Roger Goodell and the fine folks at the NFL headquarters.

Although no charges were filed, this guy has a nose for trouble. If he had the same K9 ability to sniff out interceptions & punt return touchdowns as he does run-ins with authorities (of any kind) he'd be one of the greatest to ever play the game.. instead, he's one of the great talents that is known more for the problems he creates off the field, rather than on it.

I Need Need Need! One of These

AIG & the NY Federal Reserve..

..are a match made heaven.

This has got to be some of the most outlandish sh*t I've ever heard of. On September 16th the FED's gave American Insurance Group an $85 billion dollar loan to "prevent the global company from collapsing", and now, just 3 weeks later the FED's are lending them another $37.8 billion to give AIG much needed cash.

Steve Harvey said it best on the Kings of Comedy tour... "FOR WHAT??!"

Well I guess they needed to drop some of this emergency cash on spa & getaway treatment for a whole bunch of their top clients.. something to the tune of $400,000/each.

Funny right?? Try again. Now we know where most of this first 85 billion went. When will this madness end? I guess it's a little different this time around because AIG plans on paying back this newest bailout. When you put the interest rate at roughly 12-13% this turns into a lot more money.

This is sad to say, but I don't believe in my heart of hearts that this is a problem even MY president, Barack Obama, can fix.
