The world's 4th richest man is about to lose his spot, in a DEVESTATING fashion. Lakshmi Mittal, an Indian steel tycoon, has watched his net worth decrease by $28 BILLION over the last 4 months due to what we are now calling a 'global crisis'.

This is just funny to me.. Where in the world was this supposed 28 billion & how did he know it was gone?? Does his money, along with the rest of these billionaires, just sit in the bank accumulating dust? And does it really matter when you have 17 billion left?? Somebody better tell something!!
