$65 Billion = 150 years behind bars.. ONLY??

This has got to be the craziest thing I've ever heard. We give people 2 and 3 life sentences, that are to run "concurrently", yet a man who's raped the pockets & bank accounts of those who've trusted him with their life savings, not to mention his family, friends, and employees, gets a sentence that has an end date: 150 years from today. I find that troublesome.
