$65 Billion = 150 years behind bars.. ONLY??
This has got to be the craziest thing I've ever heard. We give people 2 and 3 life sentences, that are to run "concurrently", yet a man who's raped the pockets & bank accounts of those who've trusted him with their life savings, not to mention his family, friends, and employees, gets a sentence that has an end date: 150 years from today. Guess Who's Bizzzz-ack
Hello world! For those who've been down with the movement for a while, I appreciate the support even when I disappear for months at a time. It's all love. For you newbies, let me start by saying, welcome, you are ALL welcome.It's been a minute since I've really been consistent with my blogging so let me update y'all on what's been going down in my life in a brief summary:
First things first, all glory to God, without him nothings possible.
If my memory serves me correct the last time I blessed y'all on the regular was back in mid-April, well since then everything from life, to death, has come and gone in my world.
Those that follow the myspace and/or facebook know that my better half & I will be 7 months deep this Thursday I believe [i know its the 2nd of the month, i just don't know what day that falls on haha sorry baby] so we're looking forward to that. I love you & that Italian loving you give me so I'll take the time now to shout out my boy Jerimih for his hit "Birthday Sex", cause that's definitely on deck once July 5th rolls around [my 22nd birthday for those who are confused]. In retrospect, '87 was so necessary. We celebrated the independence of our country then an hour & a half later, moms duke gave birth to her first born, this baby boy.
My HOMETEAM family is rocking strong these days, like always. Shouts out to the fellas, H. Belefonte & Telly. The latter, welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world a couple months back, March 9th I believe [RIP Biggie Smalls] so 2 out of 3 us is in the process of grooming the next generation of HOMETEAM affiliates! Family is doing wonderful, baby bro just finished his first year of college while the next in line, my sister, just graduated high school. The baby of the house is slowly but surely shedding that title at 16 years old. Haha who am I kidding, she's forever a youngin in my book!
Still working on my education, since it is the catalyst for everything we look to attain in life. Had a good spring quarter, hoping to carry that into the fall. Part of the reason I fell back on here a bit was due to my studies, it takes a lot of looking, reading, and listening to blog on a daily basis when there are other appetizers on the plate, so please forgive me. Now that we're on a bit of a "vaycay" I'm hoping to come a little more regularly to bless you & yours with my thoughts and opinions and offer more commentary behind some of my posts.
Those who know me know this happens to be one of my many landing pads so while I was gone I still managed to stay creative writing verses, watching news, and living life. I'm in the process of launching my youtube page which I've dubbed "The International Files", so people can get a visual understanding of what it is I'm passionate about in life.
Twitter happens to be my newest & most controversial addiction though, SO FOLLOW ME.. NOW: [www.twitter.com/intlmo] - I can thank the folks at t-mobile and my G1 for this problem.
All in all, life is good. I am performing at the Columbia City Theater July 30th @ 6:30PM so if you're reading this before that date I expect to see you there, no excuses.
Finally, I plan on coming a little more correct and in-depth about this next topic but let me start it by saying to whom much is given, much is expected. This man was given a once in an eternity talent and he blessed the world with timeless work, on and off the clock. Rest in peace Michael Joseph Jackson, if it wasn't for you and the way you delivered music as a true artform, it wouldn't move me the way it does, so for that sir, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. We miss you.
That concludes my "re-introduction" to the blog world.
I would say "I'm back" but contrary to what some may think, I never left.
